  I've just had a new Kinetico water softener fitted. The office staff and fitters were excellent. The work was carried out with minimum disruption or fuss, and the fitters were friendly and professional. The unit under the sink is sturdy and compact, a big improvement on the previous one in my last home. Clear explanations of the work carried out and a demonstration given once fitted. To anyone who is debating whether to have a water softener fitted or not, it's worth every penny and you notice such a difference when you live in a hard water area such as ours. You won't regret it! I highly recommend West of England Water Softeners.
